Most products must be returned within 30 days of purchase (select items are limited to a 14 day return period). Returns received after 30 days from the original date of purchase will include a 5% convenience fee and refunds will be sent via check. Returns sent prior to 30 days of purchase will be refunded via the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). Products must be in original condition as received without damage or alterations and in the original box and packaging. A $10 repackaging fee will be applied to any approved returns without acceptable packaging. Returns made after installation will not be refunded unless there are no visible signs of use or signs of installation or if the product is defective under the terms of the manufacturers (contact support@7KPerformance if unable to find warranty info). Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund as well as a 15% restocking fee (if after the 30 day period) – unless the return is the result of a manufacture or shipping error as determined by 7K Performance. If it is determined that the returned product was used, correctly shipped, undamaged or not defective, 7K Performance will return the product to you, freight collect, and will not issue a refund to your credit card.
When returning your product, print out the form below, fill out completely, and include it in the box being returned. After sending, allow 5-7 days for shipping and the same for refunds. Please contact us at support@7KPerformance.com if your refund has not processed 10 or more days after shipping your product back to us.
